Touchpoint Pediatrics is committed providing the best care possible to our patients. We are nationally recognized as a Highest-Level Patient-Centered Medical Home, and we have been named on Castle Connolly Top Doctors NJ, National Super Doctors, as well as NJTopDocs.com. At Touchpoint Pediatrics, we ensure that all of our patients are seen by a 100% board-certified pediatrician so you can feel confident in your child’s care. Dr. Jennifer Shaw-Brachfeld, M.D., who is board-certified in general pediatrics and developmental and behavioral pediatrics, is one of the first board certified developmental and behavioral pediatricians in the country.
At Touchpoint Pediatrics, we also aim to provide our patients with personalized service that they can count on. Answering services can be frustrating to deal with, especially in an emergency situation. That’s why when you leave us an urgent message after-hours, you can expect a call back from a Touchpoint physician in a few minutes. We are here to help you with clear, precise communication on any medical advice you may need as you navigate your parenthood journey.
Individualized Service for Every Patient
Every patient is unique, and the pediatricians at Touchpoint Pediatrics understand that most. That’s why we are devoted to providing customized care that works for each patient as well as their parents. At Touchpoint Pediatrics, you can expect:
Short wait times before your appointment
Flexible vaccine schedules
Comprehensive medical services using the latest technological advancements
Touchpoint Pediatrics also offers ADHD screening using a QbCheck ADHD System so you can stay ahead of your child’s health. This interactive device is used to measure your child’s inattentiveness, hyperactivity, or impulses to catch early signs of ADHD and other conditions. This allows us to create a plan as to how you can deal with behavioral, mental, and physical habits that may arise in the future.
We believe in clear, easy communication between our patients and doctors. That’s why we have stayed ahead of the times, utilizing electronic medical records since 2004 and giving our patients and parents full access to our Parent Portal. Here, you are free to check lab results, immunization information, prescription refills, shared information, and more as needed. You can even use our Parent Portal to request or change appointments, making it even easier for your child to get the health care they deserve.
Schedule Your “Meet You” Visit
Before giving any medical advice, we first want to make sure that we are a good fit for you and your child! Prospective patients are invited to come into our office for a complimentary “Meet You” session, a one-on-one meeting where you can speak directly with one of our pediatricians. You will have the opportunity to learn about our practice and philosophy, and we will be here to answer any questions you have regarding our practice. After we get acquainted, we can then schedule an appointment with you to answer any medical questions you may have.
Serving families throughout Hoboken, Morristown, Summit, Berkeley Heights, and beyond, our pediatricians are here to help. If you’re ready to schedule your “Meet You” session, contact Touchpoint Pediatrics today.
